Hoverthorn
A small herbivore that has evolved a magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) thruster in place of conventional fins, giving it an unusual hovering movement distinct from most fish on Zezura. The Hoverthorn is non-aggressive unless cornered, and is commonly found in the Overgrown Ruins biome.

The Hoverthorn's MHD propulsion is one of the most unusual locomotion adaptations on Zezura. Rather than undulating fins or a tail, it generates thrust by pumping seawater through an internal electromagnetic channel. Whether this evolved as an energy-efficient adaptation or as a survival mechanism in current-heavy environments is unclear.
